THE BOOKING PROCESS

It's an easy 5 step process!

1. REQUEST:  Send us your request for arrival and departure dates and rental rates-  with your your contact information or call me.  Generally speaking, if we have a chance to talk we are able to waive the Security Deposit fee.
   
2. CONFIRM:  Once we have confirmed the dates and rates then you are ready to book.
3. RESERVE: We will send you the rental agreement in DocuSign.  Review, provide Card information, and sign.  
4. BOOK:  Once it is signed and returned, we process the credit card payment. In order to hold the reservation, we require 50% of the rent and fees to be paid at the time of the reservation.
5. BALANCE:  The remaining 50% balance is due 30 days before arrival.
